Preparation:
If you have menstrual periods, it is best to book the appointment 1 week after the start of your period as breast will not be as tender at this time.
Avoid wearing deodorant, perfume, lotion or talcum powder on the day of the appointment.
Wear a 2-piece outfit so you will only need to change from waist up.
